Most people outside the company will not appreciate this news, but we finally have good plastic for our toys!For the longest time, having ugly wrap was a strong source of shame and frustration for us. People would say to us "Why ruin such quality toys like that?" and they would say it in different languages. The international community was united in their displeasure for our plastic. Some of our own competitors even donated their wraps to us out of a deep humane sense of mercy.
In the grand scheme of things it's a minor detail, but emotionally for us it's major. Strange world this retail business.
